Performing and overseeing daily Hospital Service tasks

Job Responsibilities
Performing and overseeing daily Hospital Service tasks
- Hospital Orders
 - Consigning
 - Shipping
 - Packing
 - Reconciliation
 - Delivering hospital transfusion services blood component orders
 - Performing whole blood pick-ups from Collections Van/Mobile/Fixed sites
 - Performing sample pick-ups for Reference Lab, Donor Testing, Nat Lab. 
 
- Departmental Trainer
 - Annual SOP review
 - Salvage shipments
 - Updating training course plans
 - Equipment Maintenance
 - Salavage contracts
 - Maintain working knowledge of Temperature Monitoring System

Education
- High school education or equivalent
 
- Intermediate/Basic Microsoft computer skills required
 - Minimum 2 years’ experience in Health care, Technical or Regulated environment (cGMP environment)
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize duties and occasionally work irregular hours. Ability to provide immediate Supervision to staff.
 
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
