As a Project Coordinator, you'll work within the Project Management Group and will be part of the team our customers think of when they think of us, and we know they'll think highly of you. Along with the Project Manager(s) you support, you'll be the partner our customers trust to bring their projects to life. You'll be there for them, providing communication and clarity, solving problems, and helping to oversee all phases of a project's life cycle. And we can't wait to meet you.

In this role, you will:
- Work with the Project Manager (PM) to coordinate all phases of the project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and close-out.
- Utilize Microsoft Project to maintain project schedules that accurately reflect the scope of work and confirm alignment with priorities and resource allocation.
- Work with the PM to provide guidance to a cross-functional team – including Buyers, Engineers, and Site Managers – to ensure clarity, accountability, and completion of critical tasks.
- Utilize ProCore to manage project tasks for the entire project team.
- Work with the PM to manage multiple vendors and subcontractors.
- Review and understand project requirements, based on our customer's specifications, RFPs, contracts, and all documentation developed by the Pre-Contract Team during bidding.
- Develop strong relationships with internal team members at all levels to foster collaboration, transparency, accountability and risk mitigation.
- Work with the PM to manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for large-scale projects, including weekly project meetings.
- Capture and publish meeting minutes for both internal and client-facing project meetings.
- Work with the PM to manage and organize budget and cash flow.
- Work with the PM to manage vendor and customer invoicing, including preparing customer invoice documents and working with the accounting team.
- You carry yourself well, exude confidence, and demonstrate a willingness to work hard.
- You are proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Calendar.
- You're an excellent communicator - whether writing or speaking.
- You are willing to cooperate with others and work to the greater good.
- You possess multi-tasking capabilities and can plan and prioritize your workload effectively.
- You have the ability to adapt to work changes / work environment and adjust effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
- You are focused on accomplishing work objectives for yourself and your team.
- You have the ability to coordinate technical requirements with non-technical personnel.
