At Wingers, we’re all about Amazing Experiences — for our guests, our teams, and our communities. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Brand Engagement & Reputation Strategist to help tell our story online and in local neighborhoods. This is an entry-level position with room to grow in marketing, communications, and brand engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and respond to guest reviews on Google, Yelp, and social media.
• Support social media posts, photos, and community highlights.
• Keep Google Business Profiles updated for each location.
• Track guest feedback and survey data to share insights with leadership.
• Assist with community outreach, events, and small local marketing campaigns.
• Help maintain simple dashboards for QA and guest sentiment trends.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service, social media, or marketing experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Organized, eager to learn, and passionate about great guest experiences.
• Restaurant or hospitality background is a plus!
