An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team to in providing support to line managers and supervisors across the Facilities & Estates Sector which comprises of 10 services which employs in the region of 2,500 staff

The administrator plays a key role in organising learning courses, facilitating work experience placements, various apprenticeships and maintaining records. The post holder will report to the Learning & Development Manager and providing general clerical support to them and the team. Your role will also involve responding to telephone and email queries from a variety of staff groups, schools, universities and other stakeholders. Further duties include data inputting, maintaining spreadsheets and compiling data to support the Team.

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience and will be able to produce high quality accurate work, prioritise work to meet deadlines, use own initiative, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. Working hours will between Monday to Friday, office hours.

The successful candidate is expected to be educated to a min of SCQF 6 and have 3-5 year appropriate work experience within an administration and clerical function. Ideally, experience of working within a learning and development environment would be desirable (but not essential).

The applicant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be required to engage and liaise with a range of stakeholders both within and out with NHS Grampian. The successful applicant must also possess a full driving license
