Job Description Summary
BIZCOR Strategic Online Marketing is growing and looking for a motivated Web Support Specialist. This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and PTO. As a Web Support Specialist, your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by following effective customer service procedures and achieving set satisfaction goals.
The Web Support Specialist will focus on providing assistance to our clients with our website products and services. Identifying customer needs, helping customers use specific features, and assigning improvements and customizations to their sites is the core of BIZCOR Support.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Thoroughly understand Bizcor’s web development products and services
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner using our ticket help desk system
- Monitor and report on the status of tickets
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues have been resolved
- Identify customer needs and manage the resolution of their issue
- Assist customers in the use of specific features
- Analyze and escalate product malfunctions
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Assist with the integration of internal and external tools and features
- Understand and follow effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
- Work towards achieving department goals
- Follow established workflows and processes
What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
- Extensive understanding of Wordpress CMS
- Experience with Help Desk tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success in a customer-facing role
- Solid interpersonal skills with a strong sense of responsibility and personal initiative
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Highly reliable and accountable
- Basic knowledge of HTML and PHP coding
- (Preferred) Knowledge of vacation rental/accommodations industry
- Associate degree preferred
- Full Time, Salaried, Exempt
- Chandler, AZ. Hybrid - We have an in-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday.
