The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $127,000-$146,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. At MISO we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, vacation, sick and safe time, available on your first day of employment.
MISO, What We Do
- Provide business and technical support for Reliability Coordination and Engineering functions.
- Analyze data, develop reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with agile development teams to maintain user-developed tools.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts (NERC, FERC) and operational excellence.
- Mentor team members and influence technical direction across the department.
- Support a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Python, Power BI).
- Experience with energy markets, grid operations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
