Kelly, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, is hiring a Change Management and Communications Specialist


Description:


The Change Management & Communications Specialist will drive organizational change initiatives within Product Development, following the J&J E&PS framework. This role develops and executes change management and communication strategies at global, regional, and functional levels.


Responsibilities include measuring change effectiveness, managing stakeholder engagement, creating communications and training materials, and coordinating events such as town halls and newsletters. The ideal candidate excels in strategic and tactical execution, communicates effectively, and adapts well to change in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead Change Management and Communications within PD in alignment with the organizational change management framework used in J&J E&PS; prepare global, regional, and functional change management strategies and develop and execute change management plans.
  • Track the success of change management and communications by using existing performance measures and identifying new measures where necessary.
  • Capture, develop, and validate all change impacts on employees and the business.
  • Develop mitigation plans that address leader and stakeholder engagement, communications, and training recommendations.
  • Develop and execute regional change management and communications strategies and plans, including leadership action plans, stakeholder/end-user engagement plans, communications plans, and change impact and mitigation plans.
  • Maintain global and regional stakeholder and business leadership lists of JNJ end users.
  • Collaborate with external partners to execute change and communications in alignment with the overall change plan for readiness and go-live of programs.
  • This includes, but is not limited to: writing targeted communications to stakeholders (at different levels of the organization), developing program status updates, sharing ways the business can achieve project benefits, creating project toolkits (PowerPoint decks for awareness, readiness, and understanding), making management presentations, designing and executing change readiness surveys, conducting change network meetings, developing FAQs (frequently asked questions), creating marketing materials and content for website updates (if applicable), utilizing digital signage, providing end user training support, developing quarterly functional employee engagement channels, and contributing to global E&PS engagement channels.
  • Adhere to JNJ and E&PS communications and branding guidelines when using branding for the company, organization, and program.
  • Lead, coordinate, and support regional engagement activities such as town halls, industry celebrations, and other regional events.
  • Support quarterly global E&PS Town Halls, interfacing with the E&PS strategy team and the regional teams to identify topics, develop content and slides, interface with guest speakers, and potentially help develop videos with local video production companies.
  • Create monthly/quarterly newsletters, interfacing with the E&PS Strategy and functional teams to identify topics and write compelling articles and/or produce other forms of content, including videos.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Change management and communications experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good management and strong technical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to focus strategically while maintaining tactical execution
  • Ability to adapt to emerging best practices and industry innovations
  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of the MS Office suite and SharePoint on Microsoft 365

  • Experience influencing others and managing cross-functional projects
  • Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
