Role snapshot
- Location: 1433 N. Tech Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85233
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (5:00 am – 1:30 pm)
- Pay & Benefits: $25–$35/hour DOE, PTO, 401(k), Health, Vision, Dental
- Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
- End-to-end setups and operation of manual lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Conversion of blueprints and schematics into precision components to tight tolerances
- Dimensional verification and final inspection of every part you produce
- Cross-functional problem-solving with Engineering, Quality, and Tooling
- Continuous improvement of machining processes, tooling approaches, and fixturing
- Safe, organized, and efficient work habits
- 7+ years in manual machining, including toolmaking, fixturing, and production environments
- Mastery of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Deep knowledge of GD&T and machine tolerance capabilities
- Independent, proactive work style with strong teamwork skills
- Clear communicator with a quality-first mindset
