Summary Of Position

Core States Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a focus on communications to join our team. You should bring fresh, creative marketing ideas to our national teams. The successful candidate will support our marketing and corporate communications efforts by assisting with various communication tools, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting internal and external engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing-related collateral that drives the development of our architecture, engineering, and construction services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, updating, and distribution of corporate templates.
  • Draft timely and informative internal and external communications.
  • Develop engaging and brand-aligned social media posts across relevant platforms.
  • Identify relevant industry awards and submission deadlines. Assist in scheduling and coordinating award submissions.
  • Regularly update and monitor company information across marketing collateral to maintain accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Manage company store operations including ordering, maintaining, and inventory tracking of conference materials and corporate branding items.
  • Maintain and update the distribution list for press releases to ensure timely and broad dissemination to media contacts.
  • Maintain an organized digital archive of company photographs and visual assets for marketing and communication use.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or communications role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Experience with managing social media platforms and digital content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.

Team

You will report to our Corporate Marketing Director and work with a team of marketing and business professionals.

Work Location:

This is a hybrid role that will be based out of our Tampa, FL or Kent, WA offices. The expectation is that you will work out of the office 2-3 days a week.
