• Performing patient check-in and out, answering phones, and other duties as assigned
• Coordinating care with other services
• Insurance referrals
• Processing patient paperwork as required
• Completing patient registration by obtaining consent for medical care and financial agreements
• Obtaining and verifying demographic and financial information through the pre-registration process
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year general office experience in a healthcare setting (Ophthalmology preferred)
• Knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate excellence in communication skills and ability to convey ideas and information, verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
