Case Manager 164 (Part Time) - Edison and Old Bridge

Join our Team - Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen - Perth Amboy, NJ

Salary: $24.18 per hour

• Provide case management services to individuals residing in two Permanent Supportive Housing sites including completion of intakes, developing service plans, linkages to other services including, conflict de-escalation, managing relationships with a broad range of community providers, promoting housing retention through teaching life skills, setting up programming for tenants.
• Utilization of HMIS case management software.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from an accredited college or university, preferably in Social Work or a similar Human Service field is preferred.
• Two (2) years relevant work experience and demonstrated ability to provide effective services to clients.
• Have a familiarity with housing first, progressive engagement, and reality testing.
• Experience with conflict resolution and mediation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history
  
  

Hours: Part Time schedule (approximately 23 hours per week); this position has evening hours and flexibility in creating own work schedule. May include additional on-call hours.
