Description

The Amazon North America Creative (NASC) Ops team is seeking an experienced Digital Creative Producer to lead the production of industry-leading imagery across North America Stores Marketing. In this role, you will own the end-to-end creation of best-in-class visual content, including performance marketing assets, motion creative, video, and lookbooks from concept through delivery.

You will play a key role in raising the bar for digital-first imagery approach by optimizing emerging technologies such as CGI and GenAI as well as the use of internal and external resources. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and operational excellence, balancing traditional production methods with automation and AI-driven innovation.

As a Digital Creative Producer, you’ll partner closely with creative directors, art directors, designers, project managers, post-production, finance, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life across multiple channels on time, on budget, and at the highest quality bar. You are a natural problem-solver, a skilled partner, and a trusted collaborator who delivers results in fast-moving, complex environments.

The perfect candidate should have creative industry contacts in varying markets (Production, Photography, Video, Designers).

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production of digital-first imagery and motion creative assets from concept through delivery, leveraging CGI, GenAI and automation technologies to expand efficiency.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to high-quality execution at scale.
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, finance, legal, and post-production teams.
  • Forecast, plan, and reconcile production budgets, manage contracts, cost tracking, and approvals.
  • Maintain and enforce creative quality standards across all deliverables.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard best-in-class vendors, contingent workers, and creative partners.
  • Liaise with external producers, model agents, and crew talent to ensure seamless production execution.
  • Continuously improve production processes, tools, and operational mechanisms to drive scalability.
  • Serve as a strategic problem-solver, balancing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of creative services experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or experience in an industry role
  • Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production
  • Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
  • Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with CGI, GenAI, and emerging creative technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on or with large-scale, global creative campaigns
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
  • Expertise in integrating AI-driven workflows or automation into creative production
  • Established industry relationships across production, photography, and creative services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
