Oaks Inc is looking for an experienced Senior Roofing and Siding Technician to join our high-performing field operations team. If you have at least five years of hands-on experience in roofing, siding, fascia, gutters, and soffit work-and take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service-this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using shingles, metal, tile, and more.
• Perform siding installation and repairs (vinyl, wood, and fiber cement).
• Execute trim carpentry tasks and caulking to ensure weatherproof finishes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to follow project specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and Oaks Inc standards.
• Work professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction with services performed.
• Travel to various project sites as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing, siding, and general construction.
• Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in roofing/siding applications.
• Familiarity with construction schematics and trim carpentry techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to plumb and align structures correctly during installations.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Schedule

• Full-Time - Monday through Friday
