The PFMC Hospital Assistant will primarily provide support for the DRA and Clothing Room/Property loss. This position will also perform other duties to support the PFMC as assigned.

The HA will be assisting staff within the DRA and the hospital with clothing/belonging retrieval. Stocking of DME and supplies and transportation of patients out to their ride when discharged

- CPR Certification
- Performs routine duties which do not require special skills or training. In addition, performs tasks requiring special skills or training acquired through formal or on the job training but which do not require special licensure.
- Ability to read and write.
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and/or mouse to appropriately utilize healthcare systems for documentation, communication, training/education and completion of schedule.
- Oral communication skills to effectively deal with patients, visitors, patients, and staff.
- Ability to maintain courteous, tactful relationships with visitors, patients, and clinicians.
- Ability to adjust workload under changing conditions
- Must be able to safely lift 25 pounds and assist in movement of patients.
