We are a dynamic primary health care team committed to the delivery of high quality patient- centered care. Our interdisciplinary team consists of RNs, RPNs, family physicians, mental health counsellors, psychiatrist, dietitians, and pharmacists. We use a fully integrated EMR.
As a registered nurse/registered practical, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with 1 physician to provide clinical support to the practice 3 days per week. You will perform the initial patient assessment at each visit. You will have the opportunity to perform procedures within the nursing scope of practice including: immunizations, wound dressing, wart treatment, pap tests, ear syringing, and suture removal. You will also triage patient telephone calls as necessary and relay test results to patients over telephone.

Expected start date: As soon as possible
Wage $29 to $35 per hour – depending on experience.
Work Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 9 am to 5 pm.
Requirements & Prerequisites
Qualifications: Current certification of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN/RPN and maintain membership in the RNAO. Previous primary care experience is preferred.
