We're seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to oversee our Accounts Receivable processes and lead our billing, collections and support staff. As a key member of our team, you'll maximize cash flow, ensure open communication, and drive departmental efficiency. This role is primarily remote with some travel required. Responsibilities

  • Manage collections and billing operations, including contract analysis, denials, and appeals
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all collection and billing processes
  • Prepare and analyze progress reports, scorecards, and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates and payer requirements
  • Develop and implement operating policies and procedures
  • Supervise and train staff, including performance management and reviews
  • Analyze trends and take action to optimize staff and processes

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of healthcare industry experience, with 3-5 years in Revenue Cycle Management
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in Home Infusion or Doctor’s office Infusion/ Infusion Centers a plus
  • Strong knowledge of insurance plans, medical terminology, billing procedures, and government regulations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
