Baptist Health is hiring a Director, Behavioral Health - Outpatient. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus.
This position is the operational lead for Behavioral Health Outpatient services and interfaces with multiple specialties to coordinate initiatives.
- Leads and directors office operations
- Serves as the QI executive lead
- Responsible for office management, recruitment and orientation, workforce evaluations and redesign in conjunction with manager and physicians.
- Participates in finance and strategic planning for offices
- Works with Medical Director to implement quality measures
- Ensures processes for revenue capture are effective and efficient
- Works collaborative to improve clinical operations
- Serves as administrative liaison for HR issues
