Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements.

Perform manual testing to validate functionality, performance, and usability. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Track, report, and manage bugs or issues using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.

Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and validate fixes.

Ensure solutions meet business and quality expectations before deployment.

Support UAT by coordinating with end users and documenting feedback.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.

Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and define project scope.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.

Assist in the development of process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams.

Support product backlog grooming and prioritization with Product Owners.

Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
