The Director of Industrial Solutions is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining, developing, and deploying high-value service offerings that address the critical operational, maintenance, and efficiency challenges of our industrial clients. This individual will act as the bridge between market needs, technology capabilities, and our operational delivery teams, ensuring our portfolio of services drives significant revenue growth and competitive differentiation.

Director Of Industrial Solutions Job Duties

• Lead the identification, business case development, and commercialization of new industrial solutions, including preventative maintenance programs, asset performance management, and energy efficiency services.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback programs to understand unmet needs and future trends in industrial services.
• Define the core value proposition, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plan for new solutions, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Partner with operations teams to translate concepts into practical, scalable, and profitable service delivery models.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all specialized industrial solutions, supporting the sales and business development teams in pursuit of strategic opportunities.
• Create compelling, value-based sales enablement materials that articulate the ROI of our solutions for industrial clients.
• Engage directly with key customer stakeholders to diagnose pain points and tailor comprehensive solutions packages.
• Track solution performance, revenue contribution, and customer adoption, making data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure new solutions can be delivered safely, consistently, and profitably across various industrial sites.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for solution effectiveness, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive the standardization of best practices and implementation methodologies for service delivery to maximize profitability and quality.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Experience can be substituted for education.
• 7+ years of experience in a sales or operational role within the environmental industry or similar industries.
• Proven track record in developing and launching successful service offerings in a B2B environment.
• Deep functional understanding of industrial operations, asset reliability, and maintenance best practices.
• Travel requirements of 50% or more.
