- Recruit, interview and on-board qualified caregivers
- Source and recruit candidates through Hireology, Indeed, social media, and other platforms
- Manage interviewing process and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Make strategic decisions regarding recruiting campaigns and Promote Agency reputation as “best place to work”
- Maintain electronic personnel files & compliance
- Handle phones and company voicemail. Ensure all calls are answered & handled appropriately while maintaining a high level of communication between clients, caregivers, and the office team
- Document client/caregiver calls, events, disciplinary issues, and other notable matters in appropriate areas
- Fill in last minute call out shifts is a PLUS
- High school degree required, some college preferred
- Two years of recruiting experience in Home Care
- Self starter with ability to think and work independently and problem solve
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Computer skills in business related applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, etc. Clearcare a plus!)
- A current driver's license and a dependable insured vehicle
- A professional appearance
- Full or part time
- Monday to Friday - days can be flexible
- Ability to commute to Lakewood, CO
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- 2 years of recruiting experience
- 2 years of experience in home care industry
- In person
