We're looking for a Social Media Lead to build and own Reolink's North American social presence — driving engagement, awareness, and affinity through storytelling, content, and community.
This role combines strategy and creativity: you'll manage our day-to-day social media calendar and content production, while also serving as a visible, authentic voice and face for the brand. You'll create content, appear in videos, respond to trends, and help shape how Reolink connects with consumers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
You'll partner closely with our marketing and product teams to elevate brand storytelling and bring our products to life in ways that inspire and educate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a North America social media strategy aligned with business objectives, product launches, and cultural moments.
- Serve as both creator and strategist — ideating and producing short-form video content, appearing on camera, and ensuring brand voice and tone are consistent across all platforms.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, community management, and real-time engagement.
- Track social trends and adapt content to stay relevant while maintaining brand integrity.
- Collaborate with PR and Influencer teams on campaigns, partnerships, and creator collaborations.
- Partner with the creative and brand teams to localize global assets and drive storytelling that resonates with U.S. audiences.
- Monitor analytics, deliver regular performance reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support live events, product launches, and campaign moments with real-time content coverage.
- 7+ years of experience managing and growing brand social media accounts (consumer tech or lifestyle preferred).
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, including best practices for each.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera — with an authentic, engaging, and approachable style.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a sharp sense of visual aesthetics.
- Experience with social analytics, reporting, and performance-driven decision making.
- Collaborative mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a global organization.
- Video editing, basic design, or creator background a strong plus.
