Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst for a hybrid workplace opportunity in metro Detroit, Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this direct hire opportunity.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong experience with the following technologies and skillsets: Power BI, Databricks, SQL, and SAP or similar ERP
- Solid understanding of MRO materials, operations and BOM structures, along with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced functions)
- High level of problem-solving, agility, curiosity, and cross-team collaboration
