About The Department

The Global Shareholder Services (GSS) team at Franklin Templeton drives operational excellence and customer service across the company. GSS manages transfer agent functions, regulatory compliance, and strategic modernization initiatives. Team members—financial professionals, business partners, and leaders—work together in a collaborative, client-focused environment. What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in systems analysis, financial services, or technical projects.
• Experience in mutual fund operations, transfer agent services, or recordkeeping is preferred. Soft Skills

Work Schedule & Location

• Hybrid work model based in St. Petersburg, FL or Rancho Cordova, CA.
• Standard hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm local time.

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $56,000 - $70,000.00, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
