About The Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of care by matching them with the right Care Professionals. You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating care, and communicating with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to meet client needs
Match clients with Care Professionals based on skills, availability, and compatibility
Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers to address scheduling changes and care needs
Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving solutions in a fast-paced environment
Utilize scheduling software and technology to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Work closely with the team to enhance overall client satisfaction and caregiver engagement
What We’re Looking For
Previous caregiving experience preferred - understanding of home care is a plus!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical skills - ability to work with scheduling software and office technology
A proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Passion for helping seniors and making a positive impact in their lives
