Accredited Labs is looking for a seasoned Recruiter to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our recruitment initiatives, supporting our branch offices across multiple states, and becoming a driving force in our journey to become the #1 Calibration company in the industry.
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring that all staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain accuracy throughout the recruitment cycle will be essential to your success in this position.

Your ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain accuracy throughout the recruitment cycle will be essential to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiating new requisitions for both backfills and newly created positions, ensuring our staffing needs are met promptly.
- Conducting intake meetings with key stakeholders to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
- Setting up and sponsoring job requisitions on various job boards to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening resumes and collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify top talent.
- Performing initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability for open roles.
- Documenting phone screen notes and submitting them to hiring managers, followed by scheduling interviews through Teams or in-person meetings.
- Holding debrief sessions with hiring managers after interviews to review candidate performance and feedback.
- Partnering with managers throughout the offer process, including assistance with compensation discussions and confirming start dates.
- Extending verbal job offers to select candidates and, once an offer is accepted and signed, initiating the required background check procedures.
- Working with HR on the handover of new hires to ensure a seamless transition to the onboarding team.
- Holding 30-day check ins with your hires to optimize referrals and networking
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a corporate recruiter, managing recruitment activities across multiple states and regularly handling 15 to 20 open requisitions at a time.
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for industrial or calibration roles, with a proven ability to source and secure candidates in these specialized fields.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working within an ATS system (Greenhouse is preferred), utilizing the system effectively for recruitment processes and candidate management.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and candidates at all stages of the hiring process.
- Proficient in using the MS Office Suite, including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to manage documentation, reporting, and communication needs.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, bring a positive attitude to daily interactions, and possess the flexibility to adapt within a dynamic workplace.
In addition to the required qualifications, candidates who possess the following experience and credentials will be viewed favorably:
- Experience using Green House as an ATS. Knowledge of this system will be key to a faster onboarding process. Ensuring you hit the ground running.
- Knowledge in employee onboarding, showcasing the ability to effectively integrate new hires into an organization while working with the onboarding team.
- History of working in Human Resources, demonstrating familiarity with HR processes, practices, and confidentiality.
