Where You Can Make An Impact
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests.
- Clear and reset tables promptly between seatings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Refill water glasses and assist guests with additional requests.
- Monitor and restock supplies, such as napkins and condiments.
- Support servers in preparing tables for large parties or special events.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Education/Formal Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must have Food Handlers and TABC certifications.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and focus on cleanliness.
- Positive attitude and a guest-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
