In this role, you will manage land acquisitions for a fast-moving program, track multiple ROW Agents workloads and progress, and consult with the client. You will also provide effective, skilled project management to help our team deliver projects in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Here's what you'll need
The base salary range for this position is $96,100.00 to $126,150.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

- Assist ROW Agents with land acquisition,
- Oversee acquisition package preparation,
- Maintaining project files, database management, and responding to public inquiries.

Here's what you'll need
- 1-3 years’ experience in land acquisition
- Proven experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Google Earth
- Experience with leading teams, coordinating meetings and tracking projects
- Capable of working independently, and interfacing with teams consisting of varying disciplines
- College degree preferred
