Shift Details

• Saturday – Wednesday Schedule
• Sat:10am-6:30pm
• Sun:12pm-8:30pm
• Mon-Wed 10pm-6:30am
• Off Thursdays & Fridays

!Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of transportation/logistics Clerical work experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing work priorities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and in a team environment
• Attentive to details and able to meet deadlines

Responsibilities | Tasks:

• Accurate data logging, billing, and maintaining records
• Providing real-time route support for drivers
• providing support to retail clients and end-user customers
• Supporting end-of-day logistics operations and driver check-ins
• Audit of logs and trip reports and other DOT reporting, maintain of files, customer service interaction, resolution of driver equipment requests and pallet tracking
• Involve Safety team as required by location
• Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
• Communicate with the customer any issues
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
