We are seeking an experienced Office Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, serving as the face of our company in a professional and friendly manner. As an Office Receptionist, you will manage all front desk activities, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; provide basic information when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule and manage appointments for staff members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-stress situations
