CNC Programmer

Position: CNC Mill Programmer

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Pay: DOE + Monthly Bonus (based on company-wide sales goals)

Schedule: Day Shift - Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (4x10s)

We are currently seeking a full-time CNC Mill Programmer for immediate hire.

What You’ll Do:

• Program parts for CNC Verticals, Horizontals, 5-Axis mills, and Cells using MasterCam 2025
• Analyze blueprints and plan efficient manufacturing processes
• Design fixtures, produce setup sheets, and determine necessary tools and materials
• Communicate daily with CAD, operators, and management to ensure smooth production
• Update and maintain programs and documentation for production and returned jobs
• Prioritize job orders and support operators with programming adjustments

What You Need to Have:

The Musts:

• 5+ years of experience with MasterCam (2020 or newer)
• Solid background in CNC mill machining
• Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with HEM (High-Efficiency Machining)
• Familiarity with SolidCam
• Experience with ferrous/non-ferrous metals and plastics
