Job Summary

Are you passionate about driving quality in healthcare and making a difference in underserved communities? We’re looking for a Medicaid Quality Program Administrator to join our dynamic Quality and Utilization Management team. In this role, you'll be the subject matter expert on Medicaid quality programs, leading projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and championing performance improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Become the go-to expert on Medicaid quality program requirements, performing research and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and manage strategic quality initiatives from start to finish, including performance audits, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive work plans with clear deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines for Medicaid contracts.
  • Support quality and performance improvement plans, including contract readiness reviews and ongoing compliance assessments.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of Medicaid quality data, identifying insights and recommending improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with accreditation and quality standards, leveraging industry best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
  • Safeguard protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and productive work environment across all levels of the organization.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3–5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in Dental Managed Care or Medicaid Program Management is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command of project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Skilled in facilitation and training, especially in adult learning.
  • Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory and contractual quality requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Location

Our employees are distributed in office locations in multiple markets across the United States. We are unable to hire or allow employees to work outside of the United States. * This position is being offered as Hybrid, preferably near our Corporate Office in Tustin, California, or near our other office locations in Las Vegas, NV, Oklahoma City, OK, Uniondale, NY, or Tampa, FL.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $68,500 - $80,000, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.

Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
