Compensation: $150K – $250K, performance-based upside
EATS2SEATS is redefining the fan experience at sports and entertainment venues across the South. From beer carts to premium suites, from football at UGA to Coldplay concerts in Miami, we power the most critical part of an event’s infrastructure — its people.
Our teams bring energy, precision, and hospitality to every corner of the stadium, serving thousands of fans at dozens of venues every weekend. After seven years of rapid growth, we’re expanding nationally — and we’re looking for bold, entrepreneurial leaders to help us build the next chapter.
The Regional General Manager (RGM) will own the Mid-Atlantic region — overseeing multiple venue operations, leading a distributed team, and driving growth across both existing and new accounts.
This role blends hospitality, logistics, and leadership at scale: ensuring flawless execution week-to-week, building local culture, strengthening client partnerships, and pushing operational excellence in every detail.

- Lead multi-venue operations and ensure seamless execution across events
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing regional team
- Partner with venue clients and corporate leadership to deliver world-class service
- Drive growth through operational performance and regional expansion
- Manage budgets, staffing metrics, and profitability
- Cultivate the EATS2SEATS “people-first” culture and service standard
- 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, sports, or event operations
- Proven ability to run complex, high-volume operations with a hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication and client-management skills
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
- Willingness to travel frequently and work event-based hours (nights, weekends, game days)
- Deep belief that “how you do anything is how you do everything.”
