We’re looking for full-time Construction Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN!

About The Job

This role will oversee all phases of new clinic build-outs, from design and permitting through project completion. The Construction Manager will serve as the main point of contact between Skin Pharm, landlords, general contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure every project meets our brand standards, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Review architectural and MEP drawings to confirm alignment with Skin Pharm’s brand standards (design experience a plus!)
  • Coordinate with landlords to secure GC recommendations and support site-specific requirements
  • Oversee permitting and approvals process across multiple jurisdictions
  • Bid construction documents (CDs) to 3–4 general contractors per project; collect bids, analyze costs, and recommend GC selection in partnership with the construction management group
  • Manage construction schedules, budgets, and key project milestones, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Serve as point of contact for low-voltage vendors and coordinate all related infrastructure needs
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA requirements, health and safety regulations, and brand quality standards
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with project goals
  • Facilitate weekly project update meetings with GCs, architects, engineers, and vendors
  • Track and report project status to internal leadership, identifying risks and recommending solutions
  • Support procurement of owner-furnished/owner-installed items and coordinate delivery/installation with vendors
  • Develop and maintain construction documentation, change orders, close-out packages, and warranty tracking
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different markets, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • 2–3 years of commercial construction management experience (retail or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong organizational, project tracking, and vendor management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications
  • Proficiency in CAD and/or similar construction management software
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and project management as needed
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Design, Operations, and external partners

  • Have experience managing national rollout programs or multi-unit construction projects
  • Have familiarity with value engineering and cost-saving strategies without sacrificing quality
  • Have a background in design or architecture
