As the Manufacturing Business Strategy Analyst, you will lead the definition and delivery of next-generation business processes in support of Global Manufacturing Engineering (GME). This role involves comprehensive oversight of GME's headcount and process modernization, requiring a highly strategic mindset and exceptional organizational acumen. This position demands a high degree of discretion, the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial data and strategic plans, and the capability to navigate complex organizational dynamics while driving critical initiatives. You will be instrumental in thinking through undefined problems to come up with innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and strategic alignment across GME.

What You'll Do...
- Lead the identification and evaluation of new technologies and software solutions to significantly improve business processes and increase efficiency across GME
- Oversee the implementation and administration of new business tools, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems and providing comprehensive training to employees on their effective use
- Utilize technology to drive continuous process improvement, streamlining workflows and reducing redundancies
- Effectively articulate the business need and value of proposed tools and process changes to gain buy-in and drive adoption across various stakeholder groups, demonstrating the ability to convince others of strategic imperatives
- Develop and manage GME headcount plans, precisely forecasting future staffing needs based on Cycle Plan iterations and strategic objectives
- Oversee HCM System Maintenance, working closely with HR and the People First team to ensure GME team members and vacant positions are accurately assigned to departments, skill teams, and under the correct People Leaders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of critical policies and procedures related to budget management, headcount planning, and technology adoption
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for all sensitive information encountered in the role
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and prepare insightful reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions
- Effectively communicate business plans, strategies, and results to senior management and other stakeholders through clear and impactful presentations
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations, internal policies, and procedures
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a productive working environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with modern business tools
- Proven experience with modern business intelligence and data management tools (e.g., Alteryx, Qlik Sense, SharePoint, Power BI).
- Must have ability to work cooperatively with partners from different skill teams and regions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and conciseness.
- Ability to be discrete and treat confidential data appropriately
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of delivering objectives with minimal direct supervision
- Exceptional communication and business storytelling skills, with a proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Experience in the planning, implementation, and launch of web-based tools and digital solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically to solve complex, ambiguous problems with practical and impactful solutions.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in automotive manufacturing
