- Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
- Prepare the operating room and ensure all equipment is sterile and functional
- Assist surgeons during procedures and monitor patient vital signs
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
- Document all patient interactions and clinical procedures accurately
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and infection control
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Certification in CPR/BLS and active RN license in NJ
