- Provide skilled nursing care during surgical procedures in the operating room
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to sterile techniques
- Assist surgeons and surgical team with instrumentation and supplies
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to intraoperative needs
- Prepare and maintain OR equipment and supplies
- Document patient care accurately and promptly
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
