Location: Brandon, Florida

Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Central Supply Coordinator to support our nursing team and ensure smooth daily operations. If you excel in organization, communication, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain copy machine supplies, including paper and toner.
• Conduct regular inventory of medical supplies, diapers, and over-the-counter (OTC) medications.
• Place weekly orders through Central Care (by 11 AM every Monday).
• Ensure timely delivery of gloves and PPE to nursing units.
• Respond to calls regarding unserviceable equipment (computers, printers, vital sign machines).
• Order and replenish office supplies and toner.
• Handle urgent supply requests from nursing units promptly.
• Keep G-Tube spike sets and irrigation kits stocked on all units.
• Receive and distribute packages from UPS and FedEx.
• Accept medical supply deliveries, verify contents, and reconcile packing slips with purchase orders.
• Organize and store supplies in accordance with central supply protocols.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior healthcare supply or nursing home experience strongly preferred.
