The hourly pay range for this position is $21.25-$26.25, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer full medical benefits, 401k, and discounted tuition.

Responsibilities
- Greet each child by name and acknowledge parents during drop off and pick up times daily.
- Ensure the safety of each child.
- Maintain confidentiality of school directives, curriculum and software.
- Read, understand and implement all policies and procedures of The Gardner School and all State Licensing Agencies.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with the parents and coworkers.
- Advise the Director or Assistant Director of any supplies needed for the upcoming months.
- Follow the standards set forth for the conduct and responsibilities of all staff members who come in contact with children.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education or related degree and 9+ months of previous experience working with children (preferred), or High School diploma with EEC Certification and 36+ months of previous experience working with children.
- Must love working with children and have a loving and nurturing personality.
- Excellent communication skills, including personal face-to-face communications with parents, staff, and children.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Computer literacy required.
- Pediatric first aid and CPR certification
