Job Purpose
Provide proctor support for midterm and final examinations, and may provide office assistance to the Registrar's Office staff at the start and end of academic terms.

In lieu of the educational qualifications, candidates may qualify with equivalent professional experience at a ratio of one year of experience for each year of required education.
Preferred Qualifications
BA in Law, Psychology, or related field.
Work experience in an academic setting.
Familiarity with BANNER integrated computer operation system.
Four years of progressively responsible administrative support experience.
Physical & On-Campus Requirements
In-Office Presence - Ability to work on-site in typical office setting and participate in in-person meetings with colleagues: 5 days/week
Standing/Sitting - Ability to remain in a stationary position for a prolonged period: Daily (>75% of time)
Walking - Ability to move about on foot to accomplish tasks: Rarely (1%-49% of time)
Lifting/Carrying - Ability to move or transport objects up to a specified weight (e.g., 50 pounds): Rarely (1%-49% of time)
Attention to Detail - Ability to focus on detailed tasks for extended periods: Daily (>75% of time)
Problem-Solving - Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively: Rarely (1%-49% of time)
The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position: $16.93/hr to $19.04/hr

Job Purpose
Provide proctor support for midterm and final examinations, and may provide office assistance to the Registrar's Office staff at the start and end of academic terms.
Essential Functions
- Start, stop and process in-person law school exams.
- Clearly relay verbal instructions to large groups of students.
- Pay special attention to specific individualized instructions for each exam.
- Ensure accuracy of number of exams going to each room and number of exams returned.
- Distribute exams and specific materials to each student.
- Collect exams, scratch paper, and other exam materials from each student.
- Maintain integrity of exam room.
- Be a calming, reassuring presence in exam room.
- Troubleshoot simple ExamSoft software issues.
- Sort, organize and account for all returned exams and exam materials.
- Sharpen pencils and re-organize exam carts.
- Prepare exams for professor pick-up.
- Additional Duties as Assigned by the Department
