We are seeking a dedicated RN for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Tyler, TX.

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns and premature infants.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators and IV therapies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate families on neonatal care and support during stressful situations.
