How You Operate

Mon & Fri: Remote days. CRM grind. 100+ follow-ups. Decision-driving.

Tue-Thu: Field days. 15+ office visits/day. In the trenches.

Target: Property managers and CAMs managing condos.

10-12 deals/month = serious commission.

It's not complicated: Build pipeline Pitch like a boss Close deals Get paid.

What You Earn

First-Year OTE:

$110K-$140K = Solid;

$140K-$175K = Strong;

$175K+ = BEAST.

Uncapped commission.

Upfront payouts (close today, earn today).

No drama. No "net 45" nonsense.
