As a Security Professional Unarmed CRE Driver in ., CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
As an Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas and conduct routine driving rounds across the property, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Your presence will remain highly visible, and you will provide excellent customer service and clear communication while supporting a culture built on teamwork, reliability, and integrity. What You’ll Do
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity, maintenance issues, or hazards encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential disturbances and provide assistance as needed.
- Complete accurate and detailed security-related reports and logs as required by site protocols and Allied Universal procedures.
- Availability across various days and shifts
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
