For over 100 years, Maguire has been an industry leader in the fabrication, construction, and maintenance of water storage tanks and elevated water towers. Our company is seeking a professional to fill the role of Director of Project Management who will be responsible for directing the Maintenance Division through daily, weekly and monthly scheduling, project management and crew performance.

Essential Functions:
- Will conduct multiple meetings weekly to drive the execution schedule for the Maintenance division and subcontract crews. Scheduling will be driven toward achieving monthly revenue goals.
- Will work directly with the Maintenance Project Managers to ensure scheduling is taking place to complete all scheduled Maintenance work throughout the course of the year.
- Work through the SVP of Maintenance to communicate work progress and address any inquiries from the Sales Force regarding customer expectations and scheduling.
- Communicate and coordinate with Safety and Quality Control inspectors when on-site concerns arise.
- Lead the Project Management team through the execution of the Maguire business plan.
- Maintain focus on meeting goals and encouraging team as they grow with the Maguire team.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree Construction Management or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful operations management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
Work Environment:
- Majority of the time is spent in an office environment outside of the fabrication shop.
- Frequently required to sit, squat, talk and hear.
- Constantly required to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
- Adhere to Maguire Iron’s PPE Policy and Safety Programs.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities. Requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
