Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Management team in coordinating and tracking project documentation, schedules, and budgets
• Support jobsite operations by bridging communication between office and field staff
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of schedules using project management software
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes to support daily field activities
• Conduct site visits and field verifications as needed
• Maintain project records, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Utilize Buildertrend or similar software for project tracking and updates
• Work directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to keep projects running smoothly
• Assist with estimating and quantity takeoffs as needed
• Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction or project support role
• Strong aptitude for numbers, technology, and construction documentation
• Proficient with project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Must be a collaborative team player with a professional demeanor
