Experience
Candidates must have a California license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local. Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 6 months between Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services

RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 22 months of Case Management experience.
- Travel experience is required from any number of months.
- Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
- Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
