Position Summary
PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager of Creative Planning & Operations to lead how our brand comes to life across all consumer touchpoints. This role requires a seasoned leader who brings a strong point of view, proven operational expertise, and the ability to mentor and inspire a creative team.
The Manager of Creative Planning & Operations will own the annual marketing planning calendar, oversee creative workflows, and align timelines and priorities with cross-functional partners. This leader will hold teams accountable for inputs and collaboration, ensuring creative projects are set up for success and delivered on time, in full, and on brand. They will also oversee internal and external brand photo and video shoots, manage creative resourcing, and maintain brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has successfully led creative teams, and has the experience to step in and lead without needing foundational training.

Duties & Responsibilities
Operations
- Manage the annual marketing planning calendar, setting clear input timelines and holding cross-functional partners accountable to campaign deliverables.
- Align with partners across Marketing, Merchandising, E-commerce, CRM, and various Store-related teams to gather requirements and ensure creative has what it needs to succeed.
- Implement and continuously refine creative workflows that drive efficiency, collaboration, and accountability.
- Manage project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting, providing visibility to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate creative team and cross-functional meetings to align action items, track progress, and drive accountability.
- Champion process improvements and best practices that scale with the business.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the internal creative team, setting a high-performance standard and fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee creative resourcing, balancing workloads across internal team members, freelancers, and agency partners.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all consumer touchpoints, including digital, print, in-store, and social.
- Direct internal and external brand photo and video shoots, from planning through execution, to ensure timely, high-quality, and brand-aligned content.
- Partner with Integrated Marketing to translate campaign priorities into actionable creative deliverables.
- Manage relationships with external creative vendors and agencies to supplement internal capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 7–10 years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, or creative services, ideally within retail or consumer brands.
- Proven experience successfully managing and developing creative teams, with strong ability to coach, mentor, and hold others accountable.
- Demonstrated success building and managing marketing or creative planning calendars, aligning cross-functional partners to deadlines.
- Experience overseeing photo and video production, including coordination of internal and external resources.
- Deep understanding of creative workflows, project intake, resourcing, and delivery.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and leadership levels.
- Expertise with creative project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Wrike, Workfront, or similar).
- Brings a clear leadership perspective and ability to step in and lead without requiring foundational training.
- Passion for building scalable systems that empower creative teams to thrive.
- Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional.
- Flexibility to work extended and varied hours as needed.
