What You'll Be Rockin' Every Day: Handle incoming & outgoing calls, emails, and online requests with confidence and class.
Resolve customer issues like a pro—fast, friendly, and focused on one-call resolution.
Dive deep into Northrim Bank’s deposit products and services (don’t worry, we train you well!).
Support card services, digital banking, account maintenance, and more.
Spot opportunities to make referrals and connect customers to even more awesome services.
Keep detailed records and ensure every request is handled with accuracy and security.
Experience in financial services, customer service, sales, or call center
High School Diploma or equivalent
A natural problem-solver who listens well and communicates clearly (you’re the calm in the storm )
Comfort in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Strong decision-making skills and an eye for fraud prevention
Solid computer skills—Outlook, Excel, Word, and navigating multiple systems at once like a tech ninja
