This Opportunity

This role will lead Opus’ Treasury Solutions team, which is in our offices in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. You will provide leadership, direction, and ultimately oversee the smooth and effective operation of this team. Your role will include ensuring the timely delivery of work, adherence to SLAs, resource management and implementation of efficiencies. Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing and release of wires across the team on behalf of Opus’ clients
• Management of the Treasury team, including:
• Actively overseeing processes, workflows, allocations and headcount
• Ensuring compliance with agreed processes and technology rollouts
• Developing the business model to ensure scalability with people, structure and technology
• Ensure timely delivery of services in line with client, investor, or internal expectations
• Act as a bank signatory and manage the relationships with the relevant banks
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues
• Partner with Opus internal innovation and technology teams to ensure the most appropriate tools are in place to reduce operational risk and increase efficiencies
• Provide updates and reporting to senior management in relation to each team performance
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to your direct reports
• Provide regular updates to the Treasury team on the strategic direction and goals of the team and company

A Little Bit About You

• You have gained at least 8 years’ progressive experience in a similar industry/ role
• You have experience and knowledge of Treasury and banking functions
• You are available to work regular business hours (such as 9:00-17:30) in the CST time zone
• You are known for your superior communication and interpersonal skills
• You have a sense of urgency to prioritize and execute on concurrent client demands and internal stakeholder requests
• You bring a strong sense of ownership and accountability of work output in everything you do
