Workflow Coordinator (English–Spanish)
Precise Language Solutions

Join Our Team and Let’s Bridge Language, Culture, and Impact
At Precise Language Solutions, we believe that language is more than words, it’s about connection, understanding, and accessibility. As a growing Language Services Integrator (LSI), we are dedicated to providing linguistically accurate, culturally appropriate, and human-centered language services that help organizations serve diverse communities.
We are seeking a native Spanish-speaking Workflow Coordinator with a strong linguistic, and technology background to oversee our English–Spanish translation operations. The ideal candidate combines language expertise with organizational and service excellence, ensuring every project meets our high standards of accuracy, clarity, and cultural authenticity.
Why Native and Linguistic Proficiency Matter
Because this role directly impacts translation quality and technology optimization, native Spanish fluency and a deep academic grounding in linguistics or translation studies are essential. This ensures mastery not only of grammar and vocabulary, but also of syntax, idiomatic nuance, register, and regional variation, elements critical for evaluating and fine-tuning both human and machine-generated translations.
A native speaker with linguistic training can identify subtle grammatical errors, unnatural phrasing, or cultural mismatches that automated tools may overlook. This expertise enables the Coordinator to elevate machine translation output to meet the standards of professional human translation, guaranteeing the quality and trustworthiness of all deliverables.

- Evaluate Spanish translations for linguistic integrity, tone, and cultural fit.
- Ensure all content aligns with Plain Language Guidelines and organizational standards.
- Participate in quality review cycles and MT (machine translation) optimization, providing expert linguistic feedback to improve automation accuracy.
- Collaborate with editors and quality teams to uphold consistency across projects.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness.
- Work closely with project management, technology, and sales teams to streamline processes and deliver exceptional service.
Process and Technology Management:
- Use and help refine Machine Translation tools, translation memories, and glossaries.
- Support the continuous improvement of linguistic resources and workflow efficiency.
