Lockheed Martin is seeking a Electrical Engineering college new hire in Dallas, TX.
The successful candidate must demonstrate highly innovative approaches to resolving difficult production and design issues.
This candidate will be responsible for the following actions: assisting production and development teams, resolving technical challenges, incorporating engineering changes, updating drawings and assembly parts lists, and developing new designs or tools.
The candidate will support hardware operations and may provide support to engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations, as well as supplier support.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,500 - $101,430. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Basic Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or similar degree.
- Proficiency with with schematic capture & PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad).
- Experienced with simulation tools (LTspice, PSpice, Simulink, NI Multisim, MATLAB, Simscape, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator, signal generator, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer, etc.)
- Demonstrated successful group collaboration and/or individual project work, ideally in electrical or design areas.
- Basic programming experience (C/C++, Python, or embedded C).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues, work with system integration issues, design challenges, etc. demonstrated through hands-on experience.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Exposure to a laboratory, design, or testing environment, engaging with hardware hands-on including: soldering, bread boarding, prototype assembly, or similar.
- Experience with signal integrity design tools, such as Hyperlynx.
- Microelectronics experience at the transistor level.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex electrical systems, including analog and digital circuits.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as IPC, IEEE, VITA, and MIL-STD.
- Experience with Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) principles.
- Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) principles.
